Darren Cross may return as a version of Swarm. He has a damaged face and body from his end in Ant-Man. Also, he will modify his costume.

I am still adamant that Hope Van Dyne is the BEST choice to be leading the next iteration of The Avengers. I know people want Sam or Carol but for me Hope is just the stronger leader. Less baggage, more confidence and a level head.

@TheManWithoutFear - I agree. I can see both Captains trying to be the leader, but it is Hope that's actually gonna get the group to work together.

And I think that would make for funny interactions too, since she's only really has Scott to vouch for her. Most already know each other from before Thanos' attack on the Avengers compound, except for Hope.

Kinda wish that if they're going with another villain with similar powers to the hero, they're going with Eric O'Grady. Mitchell Carson is still out there with Cross' serum, so he probably is still creating his army

I enjoyed Yellowjacket (and Stoll in the role), so seeing him return would be nice.

I speculated on Cross being alive ever since the first movie ended, so this makes sense if the focus is going to be on the Quantum Realm. I definitely think that Kang will have a role here more like Thanos did in GOTG - setting him up to be the next Big Bad.

But if Stoll is back as Cross, I hope they try and upgrade/evolve his powers to change things up some. Maybe bring his son and Crossfire into play? That could be who Sonny Burch was working for.

He likely got trapped in the Quantum Realm and has probably undergone some kind of nasty transformation that merged him into the suit and now he controls whatever nasty little microbugs are down there.

I really enjoyed Stoll's take on Yellowjacket tbh.

He was scary, crazy, and his damn suit was beautiful.

@Spike101 - yes, it was. Fourth after Ant-Man, Giant-Man and Goliath. Was also used by one Rita Demara, who, IIRC, died.
