Marvel Studios expanded its already busy Disney+ slate today, announcing both new live-action TV shows along with an animated series that will take us back to the world of What If...?'s Marvel Zombies...

We didn't get any major Star Wars reveals during Disney+ Day (so much for those rumoured trailers), but Marvel Studios certainly didn't disappoint after dropping a number of big announcements.

There's nothing particularly mind-blowing here, as various outlets have been reporting that these shows are in development for a while now. Regardless, the studio has officially announced that live-action TV shows Echo, Ironheart, and Agatha: House of Harkness are all "coming soon" to Disney+.

On the animated side, we're getting a Marvel Zombies series. It's unclear whether this will be set on the same world we visited in What If...? or an expansion of the concept, but it's exciting nonetheless.

Unfortunately, all we have for now are titles, but Hawkeye's Alaqua Cox will obviously be returning for Echo, while Dominique Thorne is Ironheart's Riri Williams, and Kathryn Hahn will be back as Agatha.

Check out the logo reveals for each of these upcoming shows below:

Well the Agatha thing is happening. I might be reaching a point where I'm not gonna tune in for some MCU stuff unless I hear some really great stuff about them, because I'm not incredibely interested in this.

And please, for the love of god, give us some traditional 2D animation from the new cartoons. I know that we're getting X-Men, so I hope that's just the beginning. Wasn't a big fan of the What If? style.

@Fares - Same I don't want to jinx it and say that marvel are scraping bottom of the barrel when it comes to characters like Agatha and Echo but...

@JFerguson - Right? It's like the barrel isn't full already of great content to explore. But what can we do.
Echo could be interesting. I'm not so familiar with her, but being connected to the Daredevil-verse is something to look out for.
But come on, Agatha? She was fine as the funny neighbor, but she didn't do anything for me as the villain.

@Fares - I feel like Echo will definitely be a set up for a Daredevil revival series.

@Fares - the Spider-Man show looks like it will be using the comics style from classic comics which will be cool since this is the MCU origin story for him.

That Agatha show is legitimately the first MCU thing that I've had zero interest in. I loved her in Wandavision, but I don't think she needs her own show or movie

The rest has got me hyped and curious what will be canon with the main timeline and what won't

But Feige, does Echo mean Kingpin? Does Kingpin mean Daredevil? Is Daredevil mythos crashing into the MCU and will we find out during Hawkeye and No Way Home??
