Who ever wins the first time, would loose the second time. Whoever looses would plan something to beat the previous winner, and the fights would just keep going back and forth like that until they decide to just team up and some someone else.

His armor is made of carbon nanotubes and a demagnetizing agent which also makes him immune to the effects of magnetism.

Batman didn't just flat out beat Darkseid. He shot him with a Radion bullet, and that actually wasn't the real Batman, it was a Batman clone that Darkseid created prior to Final Crisis.

@ SageMode - He's outsmarted Darkseid before by cracking Darkseid's Apokalyptian military codes and changing them. It is believed that Apokalips' technology made Kryptonians envious. That's how impressive that feat was.

Pre-Flashpoint Batman wins 10/10, that was Bat-God. New 52 Batman? Geoff Johns has turned him into what he is, a man dressed like a bat with no extraodinary abilities that would make him be able to compete on the battlefield with these gods. So...Tony would beat his ass.

Iron Man, all the way. Bruce can't defeat Tony, even if he gets prep time. Iron Man armors like the bleeding edge armor or the new black and gold one are adaptables, he could scan Batman utility belt and modify his armory.. ALSO, Iron Man defeated the Hulk, with the Neo-classic armor in Iron Man #132 and could stand a round against Rune King Thor.
