Still waiting for the Dark Tower trailer, what is going on? Releases in about 4 months.

@SimplyAz - exactly my thoughts man. They should be marketing the shit it off this movie. Huge franchise potential.

@RancidBane -

Just seems really strange, like they've forgotten about it.

None of them look that good to me just judging by the pictures.

I don't know much about Dark Tower books and I'm too lazy to do research but something about the whole project intrigues me.

@Highflyer - the books are great. I'm about halfway through rereading the entire series. It's been maybe 5 years since I've actually sat down and finished the whole saga, and it's still as great as the first time around. The movie does not seem to be following the books at all ( and for reasons I don't want to give spoilers for). Despite the changes, I'm excited for the movie but wondering why we haven't seen much from it yet.

@BigDriggs -

I read that it's a sequel to the books.
I did try reading it but just could not get into it, shame as I have enjoyed some Stephen King books, absolutely loved 11/22/63.

@SimplyAz - yeah it's a sequel to the books. 11/22/63 was a great book! Pretty good mini series too

Are they ever going to release a Dark Tower trailer? It kind of ticks me off because Sony seems to be setting this movie up to fail with it's little to no marketing. Come to think of it I don't think Sony markets any of their movies well.

@BreakTheCode - yeah they are dropping the ball with the dark tower. It has so much potential to be a huge franchise, too.

Hey Dark Tower producers. You are shooting yourself in the foot with not marketing this movie. Your release date is just around the corner and all the audience has to go on are some pictures. Come on!
