Would Star Wars by him be worst or the same as what we got?

No point in adapting Dark Knight Returns. Already have the animated movie and plot points from it have been used in the last 2 Batman adaptions.

Also yeah would just be another panel for panel recreation (really dont see how you can give him credit for 300 and Watchmen’s visuals)

@dracula - the best movie's he has done aren't his own creation. When they are, well... you can tell the difference. He's another Shyamalan, he made a few good movies back to back. And for some reason they're still allowed to make movies after the constant failures

@dracula - If he also wrote the script it would be worse than what we got. That is a good visual director but a terrible story writer. He writes his movies like he forms his sentences; they’re incoherent jumbled messes.

Disrespect to Frank Miller. Just go on Vero and tell people to buy the original comic. If he planned on doing panel for panel, the damned thing already exists.

Batman v Superman wasn't his attempt at The Dark Knight Returns? Oh, well. And if WB wants to make a almost frame-for-frame adaptation, an animated movie would do the job too. Oh wait, that already exists.

Anyway, I think him making an original sci-fi movie instead of a Star Wars movie would be better. I think his movies are most of the time deconstructing genre movies, so doing that in an existing IP only works counterproductive (just look at his DC movies).
