GODZILLA is being directed by Gareth Edwards ("Monsters"), from a screenplay by Max Borenstein, Frank Darabont and Dave Callaham. The cast includes: Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, and Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston. The film will stomp into theaters May 16, 2014.

RoboCop will be directed by Jose Padilha and star Joel Kinnaman (The Killing) in the lead role of Alex Murphy/Robocop. The film also stars: Gary Oldman, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Kenneth Williams, Jennifer Ehle, Jay Baruchel and Abbie Cornish. The remake will be in theaters February 7th, 2014

I really want Robocop to be a good movie but the release date in Feb really scares me. Usually any movie that is released in Jan, Feb or March turns out to be underwhelming or just straight trash...Hope this breaks that cycle.

Saying that, and as silly as it looks...Robocop could end up being a dark horse like Dredd. I can just picture it coming out of nowhere
