Antony Starr (Homelander) recently shared some bloody set photos to mark his final day filming for the fourth season of Prime Video's The Boys, and co-star Karl Urban (Billy Butcher) has now followed suit with a sneaky snap of his own.

Urban announced that he's officially wrapped his scenes with a shot of himself alongside new cast member Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The Star Trek actor jokes that it's a shot of the pair "on the set of a Cadillac commercial," but we'd say there's a good chance this marks our first glimpse of Morgan's mysterious character.

Based on how he's dressed, we'd say he's unlikely to be a Supe, but who knows? Morgan has declined to reveal a single thing about his role in interviews.

UPDATE: Showrunner Eric Kripke has now confirmed that season 4 has wrapped completely with a couple of BTS shots.

Season 4 plot details are a mystery for now, but we do know that other new recruits will include Susan Heyward as Sister Sage, and Valorie Curry as Firecracker. Cameron Crovertti (Ryan) has also been upped to series regular, which is hardly surprising after the sinister final shot of season 3.

Kripke recently confirmed that The Boys will not finish up after four seasons.

It would be a waste to not have Morgan play Soldier Boy's dad, and not only because of the "fanservice", but also because they tease him in season 3.

Anyway, give us a release date already.

@TheHumanSpider2 - That's a good guess.

Hope they don't run this show too long and lose wind. Last season was great, but the finale ultimately had very little consequences. (I mean, everyone lived through it.)

@MosquitoFarmer - both A-train and Maeve fake out deaths were weird asf, season was great but both those moments were ridiculous

@MosquitoFarmer - Season 5 should be the last one.

I have a feeling the show's gonna end at Season 5 and live on through spin-offs like Stranger Things is gonna do.

Anyways, I'm excited for this. Easily one of the best CB related things out there right now and a thousand times better than the MCU's current condition.

I loved season three right up until the finale which kinda killed my excitement for the show. There so much great build up before that.

Started out great but got old fast. Yeah, we get it. Garth Ennis says if superheroes were real, they would all be terrible people.

@MotherGooseUPus - There are 20+ year old forums still up discussing Ennis being a sick [frick]! His deviancy gets old.
