Disney+ has shared an announcement from today's Television Critics Association Press Tour, confirming that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige took part in a Q&A to discuss The Falcon and The Winter Soldier (we'll hopefully have more details on that, and perhaps even a new sneak peek, soon).

With that comes the news that Loki will arrive on June 11th, while The Clone Wars spinoff The Bad Batch is set for a May 4th debut. As we're sure you know, that date is better known as "Star Wars Day."

That's all we really have to share with you for now, but it's definitely a relief to hear that Loki is heading our way over the summer as planned, and could signal Marvel Studios getting back on track after all those COVID-19 delays. With any luck, we'll get another new trailer for the series soon.

The synopsis reveals that Loki features the God of Mischief as he steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is head writer.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch, meanwhile, follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in The Clone Wars) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army - each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.

Check out the Loki announcement below, and stay tuned for updates.

@BlackBeltJones - low hanging fruit. Also, the logo makes sense considering the multiverse angle.

@SnideCut - And Loki can shape-shift.

Really looking forward to this. Loki is a very lovable character. I know a lot of people are saying it's ruining his character arc, but Comics.

@NakedAvenger - How can it ruin his arc when his arc is complete? This is an alternate universe Loki.

WandaVision is Jan- Mar

FatWS is Mar-Apr

Loki is Jun-Jul

wonder if that means that Hawkeye will be Aug-Sept and then Ms. Marvel Oct-Nov

@PicolasCage - If BW gets delayed again that means 2 whole months w/o Marvel content...

But Loki was supposed to come in May!

@DARKSEIDDIS - Disney is purposely not putting anything big in May to make sure you'll go watch Black Widow in theaters even if you contract Covid. But if Black Widow flops or makes only as much as Wonder Woman we can look forward to watching every MCU film on Disney+ from now on.

@mastakilla39 - Tbh I think they push it again, unless that movie has something in it that will eventually conflict with the timeline or something in the shows they can kind of delay in indefinitely. No reason to waste what could very well be a billion dollar gross if you don’t have to

@Ha1frican - They must introduce Belova in BW before she wounds up in Hawkeye this fall.

So basically that calendar schedule with new Marvel content every week this year was BS?

@soberchimera - I already thought it wasn't meant to be official but like a fan-made thing?

I can see Loki being WandaVision type of good. I got a feeling.

I’m not totally sold on Bad Batch as their Clone Wars episode was one of the weaker ones of the final season IMO but I’m definitely going to watch it. I wasn’t really interested in that Loki show until the first trailer but those sons of bitches got me. Every time I think an MCU property is finally gonna be something I’m not interested in Fiege just goes “Aight bet.”

Loki looking like it's gonna be a fun watch. Looks like it's gonna be even more obscure than Wandavision.

Seems odd to put that big of a break between Marvel shows... I don’t think that a Clone Wars cartoon spin-off needs a two-month window to itself. At least “What If” would carry more of the Marvel audience.

Was kinda expecting a release of may 21st (or even 7th if they'd delay Black Widow again). Wonder how many episodes Bad Batch is gonna have, and if that might've influenced Loki's release date

So excited for both of these, especially Bad Batch
