Ke Huy Quan can do no wrong. He has the same exact charm to him just as well when he was in the Goonies. And his character's break down and crying at the end of Anything, Everywhere, ect should break everyone's hearts.

@bkmeijer1 - have him be an adventuring action hero and don't just play it for laughs either. He can still have the lighthearted personality but have him also be capable and deadly when he needs to be.

Can't lie, watching Owen Wilson interacting with a Variant of himself could have been fun to see played out, but OB being his own unique character is far better and in my mind will always be my head canon as the adult that kid from the Goonies grew up into :D

Lol... A show called Loki in which the supporting cast are bunch of nobodies from the comics or completely made-up characters while characters like Sigyn, Angrboda, Jormugandr, Farebodi, etc., are nowhere to be seen.

I seriously cannot fathom how people can like this Loki post-2013. He's so far removed from the character in the comics, he might as well been called Tom Hiddleston at this point.

@URCOMMENTSUCKS - It's called MCU, and the "C" stands for Cinematic, not for Comics.

I also like the classic comicbook stories as the next guy but honestly, purists are annoying sometimes. It's its own thing.

Hey, how about this: if you don't want to adapt comics properly, how about stop adapting them at all - just create your own characters and stories and do whatever you please with them? How about that.

Honestly, MCU fanboys who always excuse MCU's poor attempts at adapting the comics with "it's its own thing."

The thing is I don't care that much about the storyline being the exact same, as long as characters' essence is kept. Like Civil War, it would require a huuuge setup for it to be the same, IMO it was cool for the marvel universe we had at the time.

Character-wise, I'm not a fan of goofy Thor, but enjoyed a Loki with some depth beyond evil-powerhungry-dude. I also liked the TVA thing, whether it was presented with Loki or Deadpool or Cable, for example.

Don't know if I'm being clear.

All this variants rubbish is enough. It ruined the comics and now it’s doing the same to the movies, it’s just an excuse for poor writing, lack of imagination and failed continuity.

It's called character development. The MCU's Loki was never as evil as his comic counterpart. He was hurt emotionally, but not evil.

Some people get their breaks at a young age and when they get older. This guy got better with age. I cant help but think of his quote everytime i see him on the screen though. “Hold on to your potatoes, we going for a ride!” Lmao.

Got to be honest, Loki is one of my least favorite of the Disney Plus shows, and I am sick to death of the multiverse "saga". Further, I hate what they did to the Loki character, who I think peaked in avengers or maybe the end of the dark world.

That said, I finally forced myself to get through the final two episodes of Loki season 2 last night... And I have to say, although all my earlier criticism stand, the last 20 minutes or so, we're pretty [frick]ing great.
