Oh yeah, she's definitely a criminal and should be held accountable. Here's hoping that will be addressed when she appears next time

@bkmeijer - I was so surprised how many people were calling her a hero because she is in the Avengers movie. Gotta look at someone’s actions and not just who they roll with

Lock the witch up

@BlackBeltJones - Maybe Prison 42. A place in the Quantum Realm. The Negative Zone.

Prison 42 can be a place where magic and technology go hand in hand.

Ok but, will the character face consequences for her actions? Only so many times I can hear about events having major repercussions in a film series, only to be generally inconsequential.
Hulkh8liars
Hulkh8liars - 6/22/2021, 8:10 AM
@Twenty23Three - mcu has had major repercussions for every plot point that warrants it for at least 5 years now.
Twenty23Three
Twenty23Three - 6/22/2021, 9:22 AM
@Hulkh8liars - some have sure but every one? I mean the big fall out from Civil War between Cap and Iron Man made little to no difference to infinity War and Endgame. Sure Tony rants at Steve at the beginning of a Endgame but the group going to space and those who stayed on earth wasn’t in any way due to Civil War.
Also I wasn’t talking just about MCU films I was talking film series in general. Film makers like to talk up big swinging changes in statues quo that rarely ever happen

Hulkh8liars - 6/22/2021, 4:46 PM
@Twenty23Three - civil war had more impact on the mcu than anything excepting the snappening(thanos with gauntlet). Thanos would have lost infinity war if it wasn't for the consequences of civil war. Also vision and doctor strange would still have their infinity stones, black widow would still be alive and Steve Rogers wouldn't be an old man.

I mean, what consequences can she really face? You can't just arrest someone of her power, lol. You'd have to kill her.
kitheka
kitheka - 6/22/2021, 5:30 AM
@KWilly - I'm okay with that. More powerful villains have been defeated and killed in the MCU. Wanda is now one of those villains. Dangerous, unstable and doesn't care about human life.
Ahhh
Ahhh - 6/22/2021, 5:31 AM
@kitheka - I mean clearly she does care about Human life, otherwise she wouldn't have stopped, sherlock.

@kitheka - And you're kinda weird guy, why are you spamming the same comment over and over, for different, you realize she isn't real right? Like did a witch take over your town.

Or she can hex all the folk in power to forget. No face, no case.

I don’t want her locked up… how boring is that?

She’s done a bad thing… she and the people who deal with her will have to grapple with that.
kitheka
kitheka - 6/22/2021, 5:31 AM
@Chewtoy - she should be trapped in an alternate dimension in solitude, similar to the phantom zone.

She needs to be held accountable for her criminal actions. Hope she's not returned to the avengers fold with a tap on the back.

An outcast. She'd feel at home if she found some (fellow?) mutants to hang with.
Scarilian

Honestly, WandaVision made me no longer care for her character. Her transition to a criminal was not handled well in any aspect and lacked the emotional weight needed to get me to care that she's now a criminal. They can tease consequences all they want, but it's not going to happen.
LSHF
LSHF - 6/22/2021, 6:34 AM
@Scarilian - Makes sense, but the emotional weight can be felt more so for those who have suffered as much loss as she has. I'm not justifying her actions, but they "did" show and explain her emotional weight. It's just that most of us cannot relate to the degree of her loss, so we are asked to accept it (not support it).
Hulkh8liars
Hulkh8liars - 6/22/2021, 8:19 AM
@Scarilian - she was a criminal before her series started. She only ever wasn't a criminal for about two years in-between age of ultron and civil war. She was a criminal before and during age of ultron. She was a criminal during and after civil war. She is a villain to many but might still save the planet or universe in the near future

One of marvels more complex characters. Excited to see where they take her (and Vision) next

Why can't I see who wrote the articles until I click on them. Myself and many others will stop coming here if we are forced to click on articles from Josh or whatever name he is using now. Please correct this so that we can see who created the content before we click on it. It's hard enough to find actual news on this site in recent months and it would be greatly appreciated if this was corrected so that myself and others aren't forced to choose between supporting clickbait or not checking in on this website at all anymore.

...I mean... She did work for Hydra and Ultron (however briefly). Being dangerous and unpredictable is sort of Wanda 101, even if she is ultimately sympathetic and well-meaning.

Though I do think it's interesting how people seem to be completely fine with a protagonist like Loki who casually kills people in his own quest for power, but a woman who accidentally and temporarily kidnaps a town in a fit of uncontrollable grief is somehow irredeemable.

But didn't Photon explain how it's all okay what she did? Remember "they'll never know what you sacrificed"? This line clearly indicates that everything's okay now. Hayward is the real jerk villain, Wanda was just in grief.
