In a reality where Loki was returned to his Frost Giant parents, Thor was raised as an only child. That led to a lot of crazy hijinks in the latest episode of What If...?, as the God of Thunder arrived on Earth to hold the biggest party the planet had ever seen. The Grandmaster helped host the shindig, and Marvel Studios has now shared the flyer we're guessing was handed out to hype this epic event.

Jeff Goldblum reprised his role as The Grandmaster in this episode, while Chris Hemsworth was also back as Thor. In fact, only a handful of original MCU actors didn't return (with Captain Marvel, Frigga, The Warriors Three, and Drax all replaced with veteran voice actors).

Based on how What If...? ended, we're going to see more of this Thor very soon. We still don't know what the deal with that Vision/Ultron hybrid is, but the android is wielding all the Infinity Stones (making him the most powerful being in the entire cosmos). His emergence will likely lead to the formation of the Guardians of the Multiverse we've seen in early promo art for the animated series.

With only two episodes left, there's not much time for these characters to be brought together, so here's hoping Marvel Studios has figured out a satisfying way to address all those different cliffhangers!

I have liked each episode to various degrees, until this one. This was terrible and easily the worst thing to come out of MCU. Painfully unfunny humor and even with the alternative universe leeway almost everyone was horribly out-of-character.

Kinda expected him to drive a scootmobile. That felt probably like the most Grandmaster thing for this Grandmaster to do

I actually liked a lot of elements on this one but I feel like we really back peddled with Jane Foster and Darcy. Their characters are so annoying and frustrating to listen to. Wanda vision seemed to shake off some of Darcy‘s airheaded silly cheesy comedy moments but this just brought them back to “Thor 1” level.

I thought this espouse was really fun. Maybe it’s because I’ve been down on the series for a little bit but I enjoyed this episode a lot. I mostly watch this for the eater eggs and references and this had some of the best ones
