If the story dictates it, so be it.

It's been amazing watching the Star Wars franchise for the last few years. The "death" and subsequent resurrection that this show has brought about. It's incredible that so many anti-Disney fans are in love with the franchise again thanks to this brilliant show.

Is the mandalorian actually going to bring originality back to star wars?
Let's all see in 2027!

Ok Disney I’m liking it all... but let’s relax a bit. You got Mando right, now let’s get something else right in Star Wars.

So continues the time-honored tradition of Hollywood execs siting around a table, thinking:

'This thing is popular. Let's milk it harder than Luke milks critters for blue milk.'

I like my shows to end with four seasons but if there's enough story to tell, that's fine by me.
Personally I would give every SW show four seasons each.

Obi-Wan S1: free on Tatooine from slavers
Obi-Wan S2: attempt to aid a former Jedi to leave Tatooine without the Empire knowing
Obi-Wan S3: keep Empire agents away from Owen's farm and protect Luke's secret
Obi-Wan S4: go head to head with Jabba

Boba Fett S1: Take control of Tatooine from the remains of the Hutt's
Boba Fett S2: Loose Tatooine to the New Republic
Boba Fett S3: Take over Mar-Shaada with his crew
Boba Fett S4: protect the space station from the First Order and die in a blaze of glory taking down a First Order fleet

@Blergh - The obi wan descriptions you gave seem more what should happen per episode than per season.
To be honest I would rather just get a miniseries for the obi wan show.

Just let the quality be at it's best.

@calino2212 - in my head these stories would serve as wrap-arounds for each season, the season long goal to strive to but only in smaller episodes they could work as well
