It reminds me of Ang Lee doing the mo-cap for Hulk instead of Eric Bana. Might have added some more cohesion between the characters but 9 year old me didn’t really pay attention to that.

I hope this movie’s good, love me some Carnage

The Ang Lee Hulk film is actually very underrated in my opinion. It's not perfect by any means, but it does need to be rediscovered and re-evaluated.

@Darkknight2149 - completely agree. I recently watched it again as an adult and I couldn’t believe how well it portrayed Bruce’s trauma and the psychological element of Hulk. Sure, there were weird editing choices. But I genuinely prefer it to the 2008 version. I like the Hulk in Avengers since it’s closest to the comics. But Hulk 2003 is an amazing self contained movie

Makes sense for Woody to voice both, Cletus and the Carnage Symbiote have always been a more unified entity than Eddie and Venom (doesn't Carnage refer to himself as "I" instead of "we" like Venom does?) and having a slightly higher pitched, more whimsical voice with the southern accent juxtaposed against Carnage's monstrous appearance is far more unsettling than another deep, growly Venom voice.

@AC1 - I was just rewatching the Spiderman animated series from the 90s and they did exactly this with Carnage.

I felt like if anything could be a highlight it would be Harrelson improvising lines as Cletus and Carnage, like Hardy jumping into the lobster tank.

The Looney Toons guy, whatshisface, it’s been a min, he did what, all the voices? You couldn’t tell! Unless you like scientifically played them side by side on like Tesla coils, idk, what I look like dr Albert Frankenstein? Point is, there’s a duality that I appreciate in them doing both voices

But that hair? There's no level of psycho that would do that.

While I think Andy would have been great if he did a sort of amped up Smeagol thing, it makes more sense for Woody to do it given that Tom Hardy does Venom

I think a cool way to do it is to have Woody do the initial lines and then mix Serkis doing a weird voice with it as the effect of the symbiote.
