@knocturnalzen10 - If you're a fan of the recent games, you'll most likely enjoy it. It's not going to win any awards but it's easily the best video game movie that I can remember. Fun & entertaining.

Am I the only one who thinks that the outfit of a character should not count as an easter egg, because every film-maker that adapts a game or comic book should make the characters look like they do in the source material?

I’m actually interested in seeing this. I never played the games but I definitely appreciated the realism the newer ones accomplished

Honestly I actually really enjoyed this. Is it the best movie ever....no. Is it hella enjoyable yes yes it is. It follows the game quick a bit and I for one enjoyed all the stunts and choreography in the island aspects of the movie. The actions well done also with even a bike chase at the start standing out. Saying that whoever wrote the 99% of the parts taking place in london needs to be shot. They are awfully written cringe inducing and takes you right out of the movie!

If you're a fan of the last couple of games, this movie was actually pretty good. Enjoyable, with lots of nods to the games. Easily the best video game movie so far.

Definitely watch this movie for yourself. I let the reviews throw me off but when I watched it I quite enjoyed it to be fair.

Good adventure film with some decent action and soundtrack. There are 1 or 2 plot holes but nothing that ruined it for me. I hope they do manage a sequel now the build-up is out of the way

Ummm... most of these aren't even easter eggs... it's an almost direct adaptation of the Tomb Raider reboot so seeing things from the game doesn't count as an easter egg. She gets stabbed in the side, she's wearing the same outfit, the boat is named the same, it's set in the same location, her first kill is the same... that's like saying "Oh! Avengers easter egg!!! There's a Helicarrier! Fury wears an eyepatch! Tony Stark is rich!" These aren't easter eggs, they are story points.
